Monitoring performance

Monitor your ID.me integration to ensure a seamless user experience and a secure, stable implementation. Real-time visibility into user verification behavior and system status helps you identify issues early, respond quickly, and continuously improve your application.

Developer dashboard

The ID.me developer dashboard provides real-time insight into your integration’s verification activity. Once you application is in production mode, the dashboard will display key metrics including:

  • Verification volume by group
  • Performance trends over time
  • Funnel visibility for completed, failed, and abandoned verifications

This visibility helps you:

  • Identify issues and anomalies
  • Troubleshoot errors
  • Monitor success rates
  • Optimize the user experience and conversion flow

Getting started

Sign in to your ID.me developer account

Select View My Dashboard, then select Continue

Select your application from the dropdown menu then select Continue

Your dashboard will display real-time verification data

Filters

You can filter the verification data using these built-in options:

Year-to-DateView the total verifications for the current year
Month-to-DateView verifications from the first of the current month to today
Previous YearCompare year-over-year performance
Custom RangeSelect a specific date range to evaluate campaign-specific performance

Invite team members

You can invite additional team members to view your organization’s dash board:

From the Get Started screen, select the Invite button

Enter the emaill address of the person you would like to invite, then select Invite

Service status and uptime

You can view the operational health of ID.me services in real-time on the ID.me status page. The following information is available:

  • System health (overall and by service)
  • Past incidents (displayed by day)

You can subscribe to receive updates by selecting the SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES button. From there, you may select from a variety of delivery methods:

Email

Select the mail icon, enter your email address, then select SUBSCRIBE VIA EMAIL
